The first meeting of the consortium with the External Advisory Board was held at Wageningen, Netherlands on May 18th. The objective was to update the three external advisors with the project’s progress, receive their feedback and their recommendations for the next steps. Professors Julian Hamilton-Shield, Anton Scheurink and Jaakko Tuomilehto, experts in the fields of obesity, eating disorders and epidemiology focused in main system challenges such as user acceptance, behavioural goals and evaluation study design. As an outcome of the meeting, consortium members received realistic advice on the aforementioned topics.
On the following day, May 19th, the consortium members had their 2nd plenary meeting where they discussed the current project status and planned forthcoming steps.
